荞麦拉面 Soba Ramen

Description

荞麦面含有7%-13%的蛋白质,氨基酸组成比较平衡,赖氨酸、苏氨酸的含量较丰富。荞麦面含有脂肪2%-3%,其中对人体有益的油酸、亚油酸含量也很高。这两种脂肪酸在人体内起着降低血脂的作用,同时又是前列腺素的重要组成部分。荞麦粉中的维生素D1、B2是小麦粉的3—20倍。荞麦粉同时含有大量烟酸和芦丁,这两种物质都具有降低血脂和血清胆固醇的功能,对高血压和心脏病有重要的防治作用,是治疗心血管病的良药。荞麦面还含有较多的矿物质,特别是磷、铁、镁,对于维持人体心血管系统和造血系统的正常生理功能具有重要意义。

Soda noodle contains minerals such as phosphorus, iron and magnesium that help to maintain cardiovascular system functions.
